Refund policy

Products bought in the online shop have a 14-day right of withdrawal and return. The period starts when you receive the last item of your order.

How to return

Let us know by email at shop@kyrodistillery.com or make the return yourself in the returns portal. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after your notice. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale.

Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept opened food products or other items whose seal has been broken.

Costs and refunds

The customer pays the cost of returning the goods. We refund the payment, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Any part paid with a gift card is refunded as a gift card.

Defective or damaged products

If a product is defective or damaged, contact us at shop@kyrodistillery.com or through the contact form (topic: Product complaint). We pay the cost of returning a defective product.
